The Early Judaizing of the Churches

The wholesale Judaizing of the churches in all of the colored branches, in the chart below, is evidenced by their use of works, or man made sacraments - or "external means" of grace that are accompanied by copied typical Jewish instruments and forms of worship. These include: Temples, Altars, Vestments, Liturgy, Sensors, Instrumental Music, Priests, Hierarchy, and many other outward forms of religious observance that is supposed to contribute in some way to eternal justification of the practitioners. "Old Line Baptists" have never been infected with this sacramental type of Christianity. SALVATION IS BY CHRIST ALONE! NOTE: Faith in Jesus Christ, as the only begotten Son of God, who is able to save His people to the uttermost, has always been regarded as an evidence only of internal regeneration or spiritual quickening by Him unto eternal life! "NO-MEANS" are effectual other than the voice of Jesus speaking through His Holy Spirit, in a singular creative act of quickening, to and in each of His elect alone, who were chosen to this end by the Father before the world began. Jn. 5:25; Jn. 6:63; Eph. 1:3-5.

OF SPECIAL NOTE:

I find it quite curious that the word Synagogue only occurs in the New Testament [45 times] and that it does not occur one time in the Old Testament. History tells us that it was an institution started in the Babylonian captivity as a sort of cultural center for reading but not for worship per se. We also see that Jesus, apparently when He was growing up towards His ministry, was accustomed to going into the Synagogue in His home town, where he stood up to read. Luk 4:16 "And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up for to read." .....and then He gave the book to the minister and sat down. He also taught there on the Sabbath, [Luk 6:6] He healed in the Synagogues.... on one occasion all that heard Him were filled with wrath. In another verse, one ruler of the synagogue named Jairus fell at Jesus feet and besought Him to come to his house to heal his 12 year old daughter. Many who heard Him speak at the synagogue were amazed at His wisdom and mighty works. Another ruler was indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath. One set of parents were afraid to speak of their blind son receiving healing of Jesus because they were afraid of being put out of the synagogue. In spite of the objections to Him, many believed on Him. Jesus said that He ever spoke in the synagogue, but never in secret terminology. In Acts, the custom was to read the law and then invite visitors to exhort the assembly. There were Gentiles attending the synagogue. The Apostles would dispute with the Jews in the synagogue daily. Some Jews' houses were connected to the synagogue. The apostles were mostly disputing with and attempting to persuade the Jews when they went in the synagogues. Paul admitted that He had entered and beaten and imprisoned often, Christians that were in every synagogue. Jesus uses the word "Synagogue of Satan" twice to describe those who claimed to be Jews when they were not!

What can we surmise from the 45 uses of the word synagogue that appear only in the New Testament but not the Old Testament? In view of the fact that it was a custom for Jews and Gentiles to frequent the synagogues and that they were mostly social centers, sometimes attached to private homes and used for cultural and religious reading, teaching and debate, they were definitely not the forerunners of a type of exclusively Christian church meeting houses. There is not a single word given in the new testament about the need for, or requirement to build meeting houses dedicated to Christian worship. Incidentally, it is mentioned in the NT that Christians met from house to house for breaking bread and worship! The actual definition of synagogue, as a building, is only the 3rd definition, the first two definitions are: "those assembled" - more akin to our Christian ecclesia. After the Resurrection of Jesus, starting in the book of "The Acts of the Apostles" the expression "synagogue of the Jews" is used to give distinction to the institution as opposed to some kind of exclusive Christian church meeting place. To propose that Christians only met in Synagogues would be a declaration that Christianity was simply and extension of Judaism. This is what our modern "Funny-mentalists like TV evangelists, John Hagee, Joel Osteen, Zola Levitt, Charles Stanley, Benny Hinn, Jack Van Impe, Hal LIndsey, Joyce Meyer, TD Jakes, Leroy Jenkins, Creflo Dollar, Kenneth Copeland, James Robison, Rick Warren, Franklin Graham, Oral Roberst, Jimmy Swaggert, Pat Robertson, Ron Parsley, Robert Schuller, the late Jerry Falwell, Paul Crouch, Morris Cerullo, and 142 others not mentioned here.... would want us to believe, as their followers and supporters do.

Because secular history is scant about the first ten to one hundred years of the Christian church, we can only deduce, from the material we have available to us in the New Testament, [exclusive of the 'many' apocryphal writing of early disciples of the apostles]. Many of the apocryphal writings are usually set in the tenor of spiritual teaching and admonition, which if not judged to be truly inspired of God, [canon] cannot be relied upon as the words of God and at best be only slightly relied upon for the practical structure of early churches, and can be very deceiving at the worst. It is to be expected that the Judaizing influences found their way into the apocryphal writings of the "Early Fathers". We are thereby handicapped about what the first Christians, who strayed from the apostle Paul, believed doctrinally and what they practiced externally. We know for sure, that there was a natural progression of Judaizing within the ranks of professing Christianity. This is mostly evident from the apostle Paul's complaint about what seems to be a persistent problem in the churches that he planted personally. We can read about the extent of the problem, which needed drastic attention, in the fifteenth chapter of the Book of Acts and also in Galatians chapter two. In Galatians chapter three, Paul refers to this Judaizing influence being amalgamated with Christianity as being those who were "bewitched". He spends most of chapter three admonishing the Jewish Christians about the meaning of Grace and justification by faith, using Abraham as an example, showing that the promise of Abraham was unto his seed [singular] and not seeds [plural] - that seed being Jesus, and those who are in Him, and NOT the physical descendants in the bloodline of Abram. Even John the Baptist, after calling them a "generation of vipers", [how politically correct was that?] said to them: Mat 3:9 "And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to [our] father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham." One can also deduce from the events chronicalled in these passages, which occurred twenty years after the resurrection, the events which were taking place, and knowing human nature, that the problem of Judaising Christianity was not cured once and for all - but must have continued for the next few decades. Subsequent history has proven this out. This can be seen in the distinctly Jewish external practices becoming part of the traditions and furniture [sic] of the churches of the second century. These included the craft of priesthood and an attending hierarchy, along with the accoutrements and amenities that are a part of not only corrupted Christianity, but every religion around the world.

The worst examples of this were made evident very early in the second and third centuries as seen in the writings of the ante-Nicene Fathers' - and in the beginnings of building meeting houses that took on the character of elaborate temples typical of the massive grandeur and opulence of the Jewish arch type in Solomon's second temple in Jerusalem before it's destruction in 70 A,D. by Titus. The building of religious structures, with more and more elaboration and expense, like St. Peter's Bascillica in early church Rome or in contemporary St. Paul's Cathedral in St Paul Minnesota [shown below] were the result of the Jewish mindset, combined with the natural corruption of man's concept of godly religion. Here, within the halls of such unspeakable beauty, could one find a false sense of peace and serenity typical of the Tajmahal and the great temples of the Buhddists.

....this is a dead give away as to the mindset of their adherents, towards external means of grace [Sacraments]. These "Means of Grace" were sought in functionality and assimilated practices with their iconic furnishings, that would facilitate an more meaningful expression of eternal salvation, to the senses, through performance and observances of ritual and liturgy, rather than submission to a simple Biblical faith. The evidence of this can be seen in the emergence of things of the following terminology: Infant- Baptism, Confessionals, Popes, Cardinals, Arch Bishops, Bishops, Monsignors, Priests [all titles of nobility and authority over Christians] Rosaries, Eucharist, Mass, Holy Orders, Extreme Unction, Cathedrals, Sacristies, Vestments, Relics, Encyclicals, Papal Bulls, Chancery, and Curia. All of these being some form of implementation or application of external means of Grace that lead to Eternal Salvation. [The deed was done very early!] The wholesale Judaising of Christianity, which was totally antithetical to the simple faith taught by Paul was started. That faith was expressed by a Christian remnant seen in the planting of thousands of small church groups that met in homes, who were scattered across the small towns of the existing world, and who were eventually persecuted and tortured and murdered in the name of Christ, simply because they would not kowtow before the authorities who promoted these afore mentioned "external means".

Early Recognition of the Problem of Judaizing

For many years, I thought I was the Lone Ranger in my recognition of the problem of the Judaizing of Christianity. It was encouraging for me, in my research, to come upon very early secular historical evidences that I was not alone in my estimations. There have been others who were dedicated to bringing attention to the problem. This Judaizing was so pronounced that there was a very early over reaction in revolt to it called "Marcionism", started by one "Marcion of Sinope" [circa 130 A.D.]. Although Marcion was eventually excommunicated by the Bishops of Rome [who had already set themselves up as the ruling authority and judge of orthodoxy] as a heretic because, in their opinions, he went overboard in his zeal to erradicate the Judaizing of the churches, thereby discounting the cannon of the Old Testament, as the invention of a corrupted version of Judaisim, [this corruption of the Jewish religion, I have already referred to, but I do not reject the OT] Marcion very aptly considered that the Apostle Paul was the one apostle that most properly understood the Grace that Jesus was teaching in the New Testament accounts of His ministry of a New Covenant. Sadly enough, when Satan sees a Christian movement against error, he strives to counter that move, with his own counterfeit version, as he did in the Reformation with Calvin's corruption of Paul's doctrines of election.... replacing "Preservation" with "Perseverance". Just a little twist at the end of Calvin's T.U.L.I.P. in order to make man's will the active principle in eternal salvation.

MARCION?

Who was Marcion of Sinope, who lived from 110 A.D. to 160: A.D.? According to the 1911 Encyclopædia Britannica article on Marcion: "It was no mere school for the learned, disclosed no mysteries for the privileged, but sought to lay the foundation of the Christian community on the pure gospel, the authentic institutes of Christ. The pure gospel, however, Marcion found to be everywhere more or less corrupted and mutilated in the Christian circles of his time. His undertaking thus resolved itself into a reformation of Christendom. This reformation was to deliver Christendom from false Jewish doctrines by restoring the Pauline conception of the gospel, — Paul being, according to Marcion, the only apostle who had rightly understood the new message of salvation as delivered by Christ. In Marcion's own view, therefore, the founding of his church — to which he was first driven by opposition — amounts to a reformation of Christendom through a return to the gospel of Christ and to Paul; nothing was to be accepted beyond that." Further research on Marcianism will show that it continued for about another 400 years, and even kept cropping up in various forms through the eleventh century in Europe, where the Judaizing of Christianity was so destructive to the Christian Paulist doctrines of grace and election. The obvious remnants of the problem have become the whole of the fabric of modern Christianity with the rejection of God's sovereignty in the salvation process. Keep in mind that it is difficult to walk into a Bible Book Store and ask for a "plain" King James Bible. All you will be able to find is one with Cyrus I Scolfied's Zionist notes on nearly every page. Scofields notes in the Bible have contirbuted more to the Judaizing of the Christian churches in the 20th Century than any other modality. Cyrus I. Scofield and his heretical "Bible" continue today to be idolized by Southern Baptist leaders, Pentecostal, other "Funny-mentaist" teachers, and millions of deceived evangelicals. In fact, as documented in Joseph Canfield’s stunning exposé book, "The Incredible Scofield and His Book". Mr. Scofield was a crooked, adulterous lawyer who abandoned his wife and was paid handsomely by New York Jewish plotters to betray the Christian faith. Scofield planted "Judaizer seeds" in his Bible commentaries denying Christ’s heavenly kingdom, whereas Jesus had proclaimed to Pilate, "My kingdom is not of this world" (John 18:36). Scofield and his Talmudic Jewish mentors conceived of a coming worldly kingdom led by powerful Jews who would reign over inferior Gentiles for a thousand years. Jewish rabbis everywhere must be laughing hysterically that the preposterous Scofield scam has worked out so beautifully over the years. - The Jewish Star of David secretly honors Lucifer under the disguise of Remphan, the ancient Egyptian "Star" god. In Acts 7:39-43 the blessed martyr Stephen blasted the Jews, prophetically declaring, "Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon." Hagee says that the "Jews of Jesus' day, as a whole, did not reject Him as the Messiah" and that "Jesus did not come to Earth to be the Messias".

Jhn 1:41 "He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ."

Jhn 4:25 "The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. "Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am [he].""

This Zionist needs to be exposed. Daniel 9:25-26 25 "Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined." - The word "Messiah" is always capitalized in the King James Version Old Testament, signifying divinity [Anointed One] and a prince [as in Prince of peace, as in Isa 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."] Would anyone deny that this is a prophetic reference to Jesus the Christ [Messiah [s] - the same as the New Testament Messias] to come? The Greek "Messias" in the NT is a transliteration from the Hebrew [משיח - masheakh, in the OT, meaning messianic Prince (Strongs), and King of Israel, and high priest of Israel. The Greek [Μεσσίας - Messias has the very same meaning. The Jews were not stupid like John Hagee, they knew who Jesus was supposed to be, as evidenced by the the Israelite named Simeon at Jesus' circumcision ceremony, who called Jesus the "consolation of Israel" - and "Mine eyes have seen thy salvation" - "this [child] is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against" [REJECTION]. There was also a prophetess there named Anna of the tribe of Aser who also testified that Jesus was come for: "all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem". Apparently King Herod knew who He was, as he tried to have Him killed.

Two things Hagee lied about in his video commercial [X] for his book, actually three things, (1) the Jews never rejected Jesus as the Messiah; (2) Jesus never came to Earth to be the Messiah; (3) that his [Hagee's] book would, how did he put it, would shake [or shape] Christian theology. I think he is a little puffed up [1Cr 13:4]. I believe it was the Apostle Paul, who forever shaped Christian theology, as His Messiah King instructed him personally to do - and not the likes of the chubby little John Hagee. Oh yea, I'm going to run right out and buy Hagee's new book, so I can help him put another Gold plated door knob in His mansion [$1.25 Million personal income in 2001]. <>

More Proof - If You Still Need It

"JEWS FOR JESUS"

Christian friends.... this is exactly what the Apostle Paul was militating AGAINST in Acs CH 15 and Gal CH 2..... an amalgamation of Judaism with "pure" Christianity. The founder of Jews for Jesus, "....Moishe Rosen, was reared in a secular [non-religious] Jewish home; he converted to Christianity in the early 1950s. Ordained as a Baptist minister in 1957, he worked for the American Board of Missions to the Jews for over ten years. In 1970 he broke away and formed his own group, which he named "Jews for Jesus.'' Rosen characterizes Jews for Jesus as evangelical fundamentalists."

"Jews for Jesus" are therefore, as is borne out by their statements of belief, Arminian to the core, [saying that man can do nothing to contribute to salvation while at the same time holding to "Conditional Election" - which is nothing more than Satanic doublespeak] and is proof that they hold the typical sacramental meaning and that they are no different than John Hagee and other millionaire TV evangelists on the issue of how one gets saved eternally. They teach that man's will is the ultimate cause of "eternal salvation - on demand".... by one's decision to accept Christ as personal savior, and by the which, faith is causative rather than evidentiary.

"Jews for Jesus" is an organization that proves the reality of the two edged sword of Christian Judaizing. Their teaching of the observance of all of the traditional Jewish Holidays [Holy Days] for Christian converts of Jewish ancestry is a subtle means of promoting anti-Christ sacramental religion. That's one side of the sword. The other side of the sword is those so-called Christian [sic] denomonations that are doing the same thing. Both are teaching "salvation by works". Remember that a sacrament, as defined by the wholly [sic] Judaized Roman Catholic [as well as Coptic, Greek, Russian, Anglican Catholics] Church is an outward sign or observance that confreres inward Grace unto eternal salvation. These are all "meritorious works". They are a "do something to get saved religion". This is NOT Christianity!

Again, the real Gospel teaches that by the time one genuinely accepts Jesus Christ - He has already been chosen before the foundation of the world: > Eph 1:4 "According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:". His or her faith in Christ was first the faith OF Christ [Gal 2:16 - Rom 3:22; Gal 3:22; Phil 3:9] and was given [Jhn 5:25; Jhn 6:63] as a gift at the time of regeneration or quickening unto eternal life [and justification in the eyes of God]. This faith, which gives hope and assurance, then is the external [and internal] witness that one has already been saved eternally and is at peace with God. [1Jo 5:13]

Those who teach anything else are either Judaizers [as the arch-typical, quintessential Roman Catholic Judaizers] or Judaized Christians. [I won't go into the Mormons and Jehovah's Witness's, who both deny the divinity of Jesus, just like the Jews and Moslems do!] This practice of Judaizing neophytes, who don't know their bibles, includes nearly the whole of professing Christian world. Remember that there are 1,135,729,000 [That's Billion with a "B"] Roman Catholics in the world alone. Add to this the other forms of Catholicism, plus the Protestants, who also follow some form of their mother's sacramental religion, and you can understand better Jesus' statement in: Luk 18:8 "I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

Historical Theological Opposition to the Apostle Paul

I will give references to various sources [links] that relate to the historical attacks on the credibility and authority of the Apostle Paul. He has been disparaged by the Roman Catholics as somewhat below the Apostle Peter, whom they considered their "first Pope". Here is a source that shows that the official position of the Nazis was against Paul because his teachings conflicted with their eclectic opinions, similar to those of the late a atheist Jewess, born Alisa Zinov'yevna Rosenbaum [A.K.A. Ayn Rand] in Russia, that put self above all else in pursuit of achievement. It would be in order here to point out that Satan is a real person and that he will stop at nothing to do damage to the Glory of God. Since most of professing Christianity has for centuries capitulated to the sacramental religion of the Judaizers [Lk 18:8], it is no surprise that he would raise up Marcion of Sinope [Google], in the second century, who was half right and half wrong, and others today who subtly try to disguise their sacraments under the veil of "Free Will". Theological amalgamation is the foundation of Satan's attack on the churches.

What is Sacramental Christianity - and Why is it Bad?

A sacrament is defined by different people in different ways, but what I am concerned with the is my own preferred definition, relating to Christianity, which is the most right definition most of the time. In other words, I believe in using primary definition when trying to convey any non-cryptic messages. This is also the proper method of hermeneutics. ALWAYS use primary definitions of words and primary definitions in grammar, as a starting point in digging the truth out of God's mystery book, the Bible. The word "mystery" is used 22 times in 22 verses in the New Testament. It is not used at all in the Old Testament. Of these, 19 times it is referring to Jesus Christ's, His kingdom and His truth as a mystery. In fact God's entire book [Holy Bible] is a mystery to all those who do not have the key to open it! EXAMPLE: MK 45:11-12 "And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them." Keep in mind that a mystery is defined as: #6 "A religious truth that is incomprehensible to reason and knowable only through divine revelation."

How do we get our hands on this Key. Well, we don't! This Key is given to every one of God's elect at the moment he or she is quickened or made alive spiritually by the voice of Christ, at the time He regenerates them unto eternal life. Jan 5:25 "Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. ALSO: Jn 6:63 "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." I am sorry folks, there is no other way to get this Key to the scriptures. After the key is freely given, it requires some instruction by a valid instructor [ordained minister]. This instructor MUST have the "original Key" himself, before He can help others to use their own Key. The way we know that this Key is necessary and required is seen in: 1 Co. 2:14 "But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned." OK, we have covered the fact that a Key is required to open the true doctrines [mystery] of Christ which for centuries have been hidden. After receiving this Key, it requires some instruction in it's proper use: Isa 28:9-13 "Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken." So we see that a Key is required and also a special way of using that Key has to be painstakingly taught for the user to be successful in opening the centuries old mystery of the coming Kingdom of God.

Getting back to our theme "What is Sacramental Christianity - and Why is it Bad?" ....we will be using the most common definition, established by the originators of and first users of the term "sacrament", as an ecclesiastical expression, ....the Roman Catholic Church. Here is their proper definition from the Catholic Enclyclopedia. Of course, the twisted mind of Luciferian Roman Catholicism is rooted in Satanic Craft and will use the word "Sacrament" in may different ways, to suit their needs, but we need a fundamental baseline definition for our own purposes. Their common denominator definition [PRIMARY] is this: "Any authorized outward sign, symbol or act that confers grace, upon the practitioner, unto eternal life". As I sit here, Saturday morning, January 19th, 2008 at 8;00 am - 10:00 am, in my office writing this article, I am also watching the thought provoking movie, on DirecTV's TNT channel, "The 6th Day" with Arnold Schwarzenegger. This is a science fiction move about "cloning" humans. Very appropriate, because that's what the Catholic concept [actually Jewish] of Sacraments is, a man made method of creating children of God by human means, all in the image of Christ. In the movie, cloning is a method of saving people who do not want to die. A way of giving immortality. The Catholics have their own version, as a Luciferian substitute for Christ's creations mentioned above, but with man at the helm. It is all about control. If one controls the method of cloning, he also controls those who want to be cloned and also those who are already cloned. Creating children of God by man made contrivances in not original with the Roman Catholics, or even some of their predecessors, the Greek Church, The Coptic Church, The Ethiopian Church, The Eastern Orthodox Church, and later the Russian Orthodox Church - or even the "cloned" Church of England [Episcopal]. It started with the Mama of Roman Catholicism, the Judaizer Christian converts of the very first followers of Christ [Jn 666].

Sacramental religion is simply the misunderstood beliefs and practices that Jesus came to do away with by fulfilling the law. The Law of Moses, as it is referred to, was full of observances and symbols [Pascal Lamb] that were never meant to clone or create children of God but were rather outward symbols and obligatory practices that were given by God to teach successive generation of God's elect, that one day He would come and reveal this mystery of how He deals with His elect. Through the incarnation of the Word, Jesus was to be His Divine Son and personal appearance [revelation] to man, for the purpose of opening up the Mystery to those whom he would give the Key [regeneration] and who are led providentially [or not - i.e Judas Iscariot] to learn it's beauties. The Jews in the Old Testament were given hints of His coming and some of them, who were entrusted with the Key, understood by the Key's imparted gift of faith [Rom. 3:22; Gal. 2:16; Gal. 3:22 Phil. 3:9] that the symbols and observances of their time did not impart eternal life, but were but symbols and observances to be observed by them as evidence of their eventual resurrection to heaven, thereby giving them satisfaction and hope. Many of the Old Testament Jews did not understand this because they did not have the Key, but were a part of a holy [set apart] nation, appointed to be a genetic repository of Adam's lineage all the way down to Jesus, the second Adam.

Now, if you are one of the fortunate [providential] ones to have received this Key, and are willing to labor some to follow the instructions of how to use the Key, you too will gain assurance and hope of eternal life. Gaining assurance and hope is NOT what gave you the Key..... which can only be given by the eternal Word in the O.T. and the same eternal Word [Jesus] in the N.T.. Many of the Members of the Jewish nation had the Key and some did not have the Key. This is the choice of the Master of the Key. Those who did not have the Key and would never be given the Key, did not [were not able] to understand the mission of the revelation of the Mystery that the incarnate Son came to reveal. In fact many of those, of the Jewish nation, who had the Key, also opposed the message and the Messenger, because of their own blinding infatuation with "Macabeean Patriotism". They rejected the incarnate Son [known as the Christ (anointed one) or Messiah/ Messias] because they were addicted to politics and wanted a worldly messiah to help them throw of the bonds of their occupying Roman masters. The Jews who did not have the Key, where wholly dedicated to the symbols and observances of the Old Testament, looked at them improperly, as a "Means of Grace", whereby they could gain access into God's favor through their own acts of observance. Other Jews, who had the Key, [and some who did not] were converted into following the Christ [Jesus], but still wanted to keep their traditional symbols and observances, not realizing that the Key was the Key! These Jewish converts insisted that all who would follow Jesus, MUST also follow Moses and his laws. These were the "Judies" whom the Apostle Paul was struggling with, as converters [Act 15:24] of the true path to obedience of the Messias, Jesus.

This movement of Judaizing, which Paul was warring against, did not die. He lost the battle against them. They flourished, first in Alexandria and Ethiopia, then Greece and Rome. These sects of "professing" Christianity continued to amalgamate the Old Testament symbols [altars, vestments, priests, sacraments.... and many, many more] into what they perceived to be true Christian practice. It is often referred to today as "sacradotal religion". These of course are prevalent today in all of these same types of churches. What is sad, is that even after the Reformation in the 1400's, these sacraments continued or were carried over in the "daughters" of these churches. The protestant Churches of our day are laced with sacramental religion.... but not only the daughters but many new professing Christian denominations require a sacramental practice of some sort in order for the individual to make it into heaven. This includes any church that requires the performance of some act by the candidate as a qualifying "means" for them to access "saving grace", which in turn would allow them to be saved eternally. Example: When a church says that one must publicly display a profession of faith before qualifying them for heaven.... it is no different than requiring baptism or some other performance through man's conscious volition. One need not mention all of the various Armenian or Calvinistic denomination here, which all require something of the sinner in order to "activate" [access] the grace of God, which in turn causes God to regenerate him.

The first thing that then comes to mind is: "Is it possible for someone, somewhere in the world to not be qualified in these suggested ways, and still go to heaven?" The answer is an unqualified YES! But in order to prove the point, let's look at some passages in scripture. One thing we need to recognize is that understanding the bible is a matter of understanding the construct of sound doctrine. We are told to preach those things which become sound doctrine - and hold to the traditions we have been taught, either by word or epistle. When looking at the question of people in remote parts of the world possibly being qualified for heaven without the knowledge that God gives some of his people through the bible... we must have a starting point. We must also not fall into the trap of taking verses out of context or as simple stand alone proof texts unless it is very obvious that we should do so.

It is time for serious honesty with regard to the major differences with of true Christianity as contrasted with Calvinism, as a most subtle and dangerous shill game designed to undermine the efficacy of the true gospel message of grace..... God's grace which is totally different than the Reformed view.of grace as to it's nature and how it is applied to the sinner in a wholly eternally saving concept. We contend that grace [unmerited favor] is not something that needs to pass through the fingers of the church in order for it to get to it's intended source, the sinner. There is no system of access administered by human means such as ministers, the church or even performance by the sinner in terms of some observance or performance which is commonly called faith of the believer. The regeneration of the sinner [the new birth] which is salvic and synonymous with eternal justification and quickening unto internal spiritual life, is the sole province of Jesus Christ and His holy Spirit. Man cannot contribute to the gift of faith that is reckoned by God as evidence of this regeneration cannot be confused with the idea that the sinner's faith is what garners enough favor to release his quickening or regeneration. Man's will and faith in Christ in terms of believing in the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.... contributes but to an evidence only that eternal salvation, being below the level of consciences in the beginning, has taken place. All faith after that, as believing outward and active towards obedience of the Gospel contributes to the outward Earthy or Temporal Salvation as opposed to Eternal Salvation........... to be continued.

....................The Doctrine of "No-Means"....................

We are ever so careful to mention here the most precious and biblical of doctrines that we hold to, called "No-means". A doctrine which emphatically denies both Calvinism and Arminianism. This doctrine is based upon a calm and lucid deduction from the holy scriptures at: Rev. 5:9; Rev. 7:9; and Rev. 14:6 where our LORD is succinct in showing to us, His elect in heaven who have been redeemed to God by is blood out of: every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation. Not once, but three times, He tells us of those who hail from the remotest regions of the planet, many of whom were logically from places and with languages that were completely extinct before the Christ and the gospel appeared, before the minor prophets, before Isaiah, before Jeremiah, before Solomon, Before King David and his Psalms,and before Moses and God's "Ten Commandments" were given..... to say nothing of the extinctions that occurred by way of the Great Flood of Noah, where all but eight perished, along with their kindreds, and tongues, and peoples, and nations.

Seeing how He uses the word ''every" in all three places would also have to include His elect from before the universal flood of Noah's time, when all became extinct except the eight in the Ark. God then employs various means besides the preached temporal (time placed) Gospel, as with the angel in Rev. 14:6 who flies in the midst of heaven and preaches the everlasting gospel to His elect explicitly in these stated places.

God also uses that same term "every" in Acts 10:35 as His apostle records with amazement: "But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him." This is an obvious evidence of God's redeemed elect, whether he has heard the gospel outwardly or inwardly. i.e. We hold and believe that all who are regenerated will and do have faith, but deny that the "faith" -- that is, the believing response to God -- is in all cases "cognitive" or "informed" faith -- for cognitive faith necessarily depends on hearing the rational proclamation of the gospel; rather, we do not hesitate to affirm that it is, in all cases, below the level of consciousness -- Lazarus-like, the sinner responds believingly to Christ in response to His Divine fiat in regeneration, being made willing in the day of His power, believing according to the working of His mighty power, and coming to Christ in "vital" relationship (Ps. 110:3; Eph. 2:8; Eph. 1:19; Jno. 6:37, 44). Cognitive faith is indeed present in some, but the gift of faith is present in all of God's children; hence, we concur that no one goes to heaven without faith, but deny that no one goes to heaven without rational knowledge of the truth. A teaching does indeed take place in the new birth, for God teaches the heart directly and immediately to know Him (Jno. 5:25; Jno. 6:65; Rev. 14:6). Cognitive faith, however, must necessarily come after this initial work of grace in the soul, for it depends on the instrumentality of the preached word.

Obviously, if such cognitive (or evangelical) faith is necessary to eternal salvation, then every infant who dies in infancy and every individual without average mental capacities would miss salvation. But our position -- i.e. the position that defines "saving faith" (if we must use the term) as that faith that is given to the soul in the work of regeneration -- is adequate to include every potential case in which a person is in need of salvation. By the same token, we do believe that the ultimate evidence that a person possesses salvation is an evangelical faith in the Lord Jesus Christ -- a faith that expresses itself in voluntary obedience to Christ. Where such faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is present, a person gives indisputable evidence of salvation, of one form or another, as mentioned in Acs 10:34.

There is no more need to plow deep furrows through God's word, at this place and time, as God's true people have always held to this position. Without this truth, there is no true Christianity, as taught by our LORD Jesus or His apostle Paul. Jesus saves alone, without any means or mediator but Himself.

.....................Confirmation - after the fact!.....................

In the past few months, I could not ignore the obvious conclusion about the Judaizing of the churches of Jesus Christ, or at least those that claimed to be such churches. Those conclusions were arrived at, by me, independent of any outside references or material relating specifically to the subject.

The evidence was there, it just had to be collated into a coherent definable pattern based upon simple reverse observation of the facts: (1) All of modern Christianity is sacerdotal to some degree, meaning that they practice some form of sacramental observance in order to access or appropriate God's eternal salvation through doing something. That is, through the observance of some outward ritual, observance or decision that would allow God to make good on His offer to save eternally upon a supposed biblical mandate for the sinner to perform. (2) Ancient Judaism, at the time of Christ, was a perverted form of Old Testament religion instituted by God through His prophets and scriptures. God's Old Testament religion was never based upon performance of ritual [only seemingly so] but on faith. Faith was reckoned by God as evidence that He had already performed a work of grace in the believer [Rom. 4:4-6 "Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,"] David here is the King of Israel, who was not only an Old Testament saint, but a prophet of God who seemed to understand that it was grace and not the works of the Law of Moses that save a sinner eternally. The Pharisees, Sadducees, Scribes and philosophers of Jesus day had abandoned God's Old Testament religion completely in favor of their own Babylonian-Greek intellectualism.

The next step in my experience was to simply connect the dots between modern Christianity and this false and obviously malignant copy of God's faith. Jesus spent the whole of His ministry preaching and demonstrating against this amalgamation. Basically none of His apostles could completely hurdle this monolithic juggernaut, as evidenced by His continual necessity of having to correct their thinking - in contrast to the Gentiles simple acceptance of His teachings as fact, by faith.

The title of this section is: "Confirmation - after the fact!". What I am referring to here is the fact that I recently read an excellent book entitled: "The Lost History of Calvinism" by Elder Harold Hunt of the Primitive Baptist denomination, or what has been called "Old School" or "Hard Shell" Baptists. These names were given to them by their detractors because they were from the old school and were hard to crack when it comes to new and novel doctrinal innovations! In reading this book, I found out that I was not the only one to make the connection between modern Christianity's penchant for the human will as part of the man made formulae of eternal salvation, and modern Christianity - there being a distinct traceable lineage from this corrupted Judaism mentioned above.

My deduction from his book is that he [Elder Hunt] has independently come to the same historical conclusion that I have. He shows that early Judaism melded with Christianity in the 1st and 2nd centuries to become the Alexandrian forerunner of Catholicism, which spread to cover the known Western world, which then gave birth to the Reformation, which then became the Christianity of the Puritan era, which later became the modern purveyors of Calvinism, known variously as the Anglicans, Presbyterians, Puritan Baptists and then the Reformed Baptists of our day which are so doctrinally dangerous. Calvinism is their fare, but it goes back through a satanically orchestrated effort to mimic the Apostle Paul's true doctrines.

Another way to put it is that the corrupted form of early Judaism is the Great Great Grandmother of the resurgence of the Reformed faith today as marked by the "Founders.org" movement. The Puritans were the mother of modern reformed Baptists through the contemporary efforts or Dr. Martin Lloyd Jones and J. I. Packer [and about twenty others] in 1959's "Puritan and Westminster Conferences" [Pg 21] which continued in December, for the next twenty years. If you will read my confession of faith at www.HowSaved.com you will see how I was caught up in the Calvinistic movement, even having visited the home of Dr. Al Martin, [at the time pastor of the Trinity Baptist Church, Essex falls, NJ] personal protégé of Lloyd Jones of England. At that time, virtually no Puritan books were in print, so these men helped form what was called "The Banner of Truth Trust" and "The Banner of Truth Magazine" and their dedicated Puritan book store [originally in Wilmington, DE - which I personally visited] for the mass propagation of Calvinistic literature via the classic Puritan writers that we all are familiar with.

It follows that If the Puritans were the mother of the modern Reformed Baptist movement, then the Reformation of Luther and Calvin was the mother of the Puritan revival of England. No one doubts that the Roman Catholic Church was the Mother of the Reformers and their formed denominations, especially the Church of England [Episcopal - Anglican] which still practices the mass and venerates Mary as an intercessor for the saints. The Calvinists got their warped ideas of predestination from St Augustine of Hippo (354-430 A.D), who got them from Didymus (313–398 A.D.) who got them from Clement of Alexandria (182-202 A.D.) who got them from Pantaenus (180 A.D.) a converted pagan philosopher and Judaizer who founded the Academy at Alexandria, Egypt. I have already made the case for the Catholic's mother being the Alexandrian Christian Church and center of learning which was but the eclectic amalgamation of second century Judaism, Paganism and Christianity into one. And there you have it.
